The summer sun can be brilliant for any number of reasons – sitting in the beer garden, having a barbecue, getting a tan, - just to be able to go outside without getting wet or cold is reason enough to enjoy the summer! But as most modern men know, a beard can get extremely uncomfortable in the heat.

1. Beard Sweat. Everyone sweats during the summer – designed to cool your body down when it gets hot, it's our natural way of keeping ourselves fresh. When you've got a beard warming your chin though, it will only create more heat for your body to cool down – hence producing more sweat.
